About this pack

This pack has been designed to support your school to get involved with the Money and Pensions Service’s ‘Talk Money Week’ on the 6th – 10th November 2023. The theme this year is ‘Do one thing’ to help people improve their financial wellbeing and have open conversations about money.

In this resource pack, you will find simple (and fun) activities to help teachers, parents and children talk about money. Explore the LifeSavers values to help children become wise, generous, thankful, and just with money.

Make a difference

Research shows that children form their money-spending habits before they turn 8 years old. Engaging in conversations, discussions and activities around money can help form positive lifelong habits around money.

Including our financial education resources in your primary school will make a long term difference and provide you with fun and engaging content that is age appropriate and curriculum linked.
