Just Finance Foundation (registered charity number: 1172050) is a subsidiary of Church Urban Fund (registered charity number 297483).
Church Urban Fund (CUF) respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of all who give us their contact details or who visit our websites including Just Finance Foundation and LifeSavers.co.uk.
CUF only collects your information with your prior knowledge, this would be as part of sign-ups for a website account, registration to volunteer, taking part in surveys and polls, orders for publications or information requests, sign-ups for newsletters, or to receive a fundraising pack. Information is only used for the purposes requested or any other usage that has been agreed by yourself.

We may collect information about you whenever you interact with us. For example, when you register for events, donate to us, sign up for a newsletter, access our research, apply for a job or volunteering opportunity, download resources, or otherwise give us any other personal information.
From time to time we may contact you via email or post and ask your particular areas of interest in our work. This enables us to send information that is relevant to you through our newsletters, campaigns, and latest research reports. To this end, we store your name and email securely on our database. - LifeSavers financial education programme for primary schools
In every email we clearly provide you with an easy way to tell us that you do not want to hear from us again via email.

However, any credit card details we receive on our website are passed securely to Stripe or Everyday Hero for event donations. Postal donations are securely passed through WorldPay, our payment processing partner providers.

You have the right to request information on the details we hold on you. For a copy, please send a letter requesting the information plus a cheque for £10 to Church Urban Fund, which will cover our administration costs. Included in your letter should be proof of identity such as a copy of your driving licence or passport.
